Complete this form to register for the Christmas Craft Show. 

Christmas Craft Show Rules and Agreements:

Registration and vendor fees are due November 25.

  • Registration can be completed online, but payments must be made IN PERSON with the Parks Department secretary Kim Eaglin, in City Hall. 
  • The Craft Show will start at 9 a.m. and vendors will forfeit their space if they are not set up by 8:45 a.m.
  • Only one space is allowed per vendor - there are no refunds.
    • **Only ONE corporate seller (i.e., Mary Kay or Pampered Chef) may be present at the event. Any additional representatives will be asked to leave.
  • Parking and parking passes will be given to one vehicle per booth.
  • Main street will close at 8 a.m.
  • If you bring children with you, they must stay with you. Please keep your children from picking up items from other vendors or “hanging out” at other booths.

Tents:

  • All tents must be secured, and weights for tents are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You can find weights at Walmart or on Amazon - we suggest a weight of 20 lbs.
  • If your tent flips and something is damaged or someone is injured, it is your responsibility, and the city is not to be held liable.
  • We will email vendor location maps at a later date, which will show your location for the day. This map will also be visible in-person on the day of the show.
  • Tents and tables will not be provided unless you pay extra with your deposit*.
    • *A limit of ten tables will be available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis for $5 per table.
