The Mayor will consider letter requests for letters for grant support and letters of congratulations for special achievements, birthday's, etc., for Madison Residents

Note: Letters will only be considered if the topics have Madison connections. Letters submitted must be AT LEAST 2 weeks before the date requested to receivethe letter. This will allow time for the mayor to consider the request and write the letter.
