- PCAP-23-3: Apple/Tree LLC – Application for Accessible Parking Plan. Applicant desires to add an outdoor seating area/beer garden. A maximum total of eighteen (18) parking spots with one (1) ADA parking space are required. Applicant plans to provide on-site parking consisting of a total of three (3) total parking spaces with one (1) ADA Accessible parking spaces and utilize the public parking lot at Jefferson St and Second St and other available on=street parking in the area to satisfy the remaining parking spaces required.
