City of Madison Dog Park Registration

  1. Annual Fee:

    $20.00 for first dog, $10 for each additional dog. Payments can be mailed or dropped off at City Hall, 101 W. Main St. Madison, IN 47250.

  2. NOTE:

    All dogs must be properly vaccinated (Parvo, Dhlpp, Rabies) and records must be submitted to parks office.

  3. Please upload current records for all dogs.
