The Zoning Board hears and discusses all conditional use applications, as well as variance applications. All applications for the Board of Zoning Appeals may be paid with cash or a check made out to Madison City Plan Commission. If you do not feel comfortable attending the meeting in person at this time but would like to submit questions and/or comments regarding the agenda, you can do so by emailing madisonpc@madison-IN.gov no later than 3:30 PM one (1) working day prior to the scheduled meeting date. Said questions and/or comments will be provided to board members and legal counsel prior to the meeting.
