Community Calendar

Welcome to the Madison, Indiana Community Calendar. This contains four separate calendars: "City Meetings", "Community Calendar", "Street & Park Closings", "Senior Citizen Events", and "Trash & Recycling Pickup". For details on what each calendar contains, scroll down the page.

The default view shows all calendars combined. To change the view, click on the arrow in the top right-hand corner next to "Agenda." Just check the boxes of the calendars you want to see. For more details on the event, simply click on the event and click "More Details."

Calendar Descriptions

City Meetings: This calendar displays all regularly scheduled City meetings including City Council, Board of Public Works, Zoning Board of Appeals, and more.

Community Calendar: This calendar contains many of the events that are happening in Madison, Indiana. It is an attempt to compile large public events that local residents might want to attend into one calendar. If you are a visitor, please check www.visitmadison.org as well.

Street & Park Closings: This calendar shows all Street Closures that have been approved by the Board of Public Works, all public park closures due to festivals or private rentals, and any time that Crystal Beach Pool will close early.

Trash & Recycling Pickup: This calendar shows the trash, recycling, and compost schedule for each quadrant of the city. If you are unsure of which "quadrant" of the City you live in, please call the Street Department at 265-8304.
